Sources: MiChart referral work queues, clinic visit records, and surgical case logs.
Linkage: Clinic visits and surgeries are matched to referrals by Referral ID. Approximately 49% of clinic visit records have no Referral ID populated, creating a known data linkage gap. Patients classified as "Data Gap" had a completed or scheduled visit but could not be linked.
Maturity: Referrals <30 days old are classified as "Too Recent"; 30-60 days as "Pending." The Mature Seen Rate excludes DNS, declined, canceled, and UTC referrals from the denominator.
Eventually Uro Onc: Patients first seen by another division who later appear in a Uro Onc clinic visit.
Time Window: Referrals from Jul 2022 - Mar 2026; clinic visits from Mar 2025 - Mar 2026; surgeries linked by Referral ID.
